When I speak of concentration I speak on many different levels. For example, you are starting with a bank roll of 25,000 dollars and after playing for a couple of hours or even days, you are down to your last 5,000 dollars. Now to a lot of people this is still a lot of money, but when playing with larger bank rolls, this is pocket change. But here after losing four fifths of your bank roll you need to continue to concentrate on the game you are playing. At this point you may totally lose you entire bank roll if you are not careful.


but when playing in a casino for real money relaxing should never enter your mind relaxing can cost you big time.


The opposite is also true if you start to win you can not then start to lower your concentration. When you are winning you will have the tendency to want to relax,


While you are playing your focus must be on your cards, the other players at your table and the dealer. You must block out all other distractions from your mind. The music coming from the casino bar, the lady in the tight short skirt and everything else does not exist for the time you are playing. One trick to do this is to watch the other players hands, blocking out everything at a casino is extremely difficult and it will take time to perfect.
